Most recently, as APAC Communications Manager at Break Free From Plastic, I guided the communications team on internal and public-facing webinars, responded to movement members’ communications needs and oversaw the implementation of key deliverables, including social, newsletters and online campaigns.

I've helped nonprofits, such as World Animal Protection, HAQ Centre for Child Rights and Action Aid India with media outreach and digital media sessions on a pro bono basis.   

I’ve leveraged my robust media network to secure coverage in top-tier publications (spanning eight countries), including The Guardian, The Times of India and The National.

My command on communications and social media tools, formal education in social work and journalism compliment my passion to use communications for good.
